In order to conduct an accurate and results oriented consultation, there are a couple pieces of information I will need from you.  Please send this information via email.

Floor Plan
Provide an accurate floor plan of you the space you want analyzed.  Make certain the plan provided is not  'mirror image' of your existing layout.  If it is, you can make a reverse copy and send that.  Also make sure your plan reflects any additions or other alterations have been made to the space.

Renovations
List any major renovations such as new roof, new addition, interior renovations, etc. and the year they were completed. 

Construction Date
What year was your home or building constructed?

Move-in Date
What month and year did you move into the home?

Data
What is your birthday?  Please include time and location.  
Provide this for each occupant in the home or CEO/President and top executives of your firm.

History
Provide me the history of the space ~ such as your experiences there, past occupants, anything you know about it.

Long-Distance Consultations

This type of consultation requires a couple more items:

Accurate Compass Measurement
Please provide me an accurate compass reading of the orientation of your home/office/building.

Photos
Please take photos of the space.  For the exterior – take one of each direction looking out and label.  Pay special attention to what is seen leaving the main door and views outside windows.  For the interior – take the appropriate number of pictures per room so I have an idea of the space and its usage, the furniture layout and the main décor theme.  Please label appropriately and email.
